Under normal circumstances, we do not accept returns for custom made boots that do not fit properly, as this is most often due to incorrect measurements.

Your accurate measurements will ensure the final fit and comfort of your boots.
Please take your measurements carefully before you submit your order.
It may be helpful to have someone assist you in taking your measurements.
